Tucked into the rolling hills of West Virginia, our 250+ acres boast gorgeous fully-stocked fishing ponds and over six miles of hiking & biking trails. Our cabins and yurts each offer a fully stocked Keurig coffee maker, private outdoor hot tub, fire pit, charcoal grill, and hammock. Wood and charcoal are provided. Most rentals are pet friendly.

Full payment required upon booking
We are a small family run company with only 5 rentals available. Due to the scale of our business, we are not able to easily book the rentals with short notice.

Walker Creek Farm Rules
****NO SMOKING INSIDE THE CABINS****
****FISHING IS CATCH AND RELEASE ONLY****
*CHECK-OUT IS 11:00am (leave the key on the table) *
*** NO ATV OR SIDE BY SIDE RIDING BEYOND YOUR CABIN. You are welcome to park your ATV in your cabins graveled area in order to ride outside the farm gates. This is to keep the farm peaceful and not disturb any of our farm animals.***
***NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS*** (if you would like to have visitors you must notify management before they arrive. No more than one extra vehicle per cabin. All visitors must leave the farm by 10pm. You will be responsible for your visitor’s behavior and/or damages.)
*OCCUPANCY LIMITS* We reserve the right to refuse over occupancy in cabins. Each cabin has an occupancy limit and must not be exceeded. Guest who exceeds occupancy limits will face immediate termination of the rental with NO REFUND! Please include all members of your party when you book your stay and choose appropriate rental size or multiple cabins to accommodate the number of guests staying.
*NO TENT CAMPING ON PREMISES
*PARK ONLY IN GRAVELED AREAS PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN GRASS*
*Cabins are exterminated regularly, however cabins are in rustic wooded areas so you could see an occasional wasp, stink bug, ladybug or field mouse. We cannot refund your stay for minor issues, but we will make every effort to correct any major issues. *Pets must be always on leash while outdoors, please be courteous of their messes.
*Fires in pits only (gathering downed firewood is permitted). *Please be respectful of other guests (noise level & foul language) *NO swimming in ponds. * Paddleboat usage is **AT YOUR OWN RISK** please use provided lifejackets.
*Upon check-in if you notice any damages, please contact management immediately. (You will be charged for any damages or missing items found after check-out)
* We observe “QUIET HOURS” from 10pm to 7am. No loud noises or unnecessary traffic during these hours.
* If there are any problems or disturbances on the farm, please notify management immediately. We want your stay to be enjoyable and peaceful, if there are any problems, we want to address them immediately.

WALKER CREEK FARMS & CABINS LIABILITY STATEMENT
I fully understand that this property is privately owned and operated, and that the Owner will not be responsible for accidents or injuries of any kind to guests, or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind while on the property. I fully understand that any damages to the property or rental unit done by me, or my guests is my responsibility. I agree to leave the rental unit like it was when I found it upon arrival. This is a vacation rental. Law defines the rights and obligations of the parties to this contract. Advance payment of money by credit card to reserve a unit, your signature on the rental contract, or occupying rental property is evidence of your acceptance of the contract and your intent to use this property for a vacation rental.
